Canceling or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the booked service. No-show, being 10 minutes late or cancelling within the hour of the appointment will result in a fee of 100% of the scheduled appointment. This fee will be charged on the card on file at the time of cancellation or no show. This applies to all cancellations and cannot be waived. By checking the box, you agree to your card on file being charged after a late reschedule, cancellation, or no show.
